Our last campaign meeting of the year focusses, naturally, on our Winter campaign activity. In December we will be having a Christmas social instead!
All Labour Party members and supporters are invited to the monthly campaign briefing at Labour's offices on Alfred Street. Campaign meetings are capped at one hour so you can enjoy your Friday nights.

What is a campaign meeting?
In Plymouth Labour campaigning is run on a Plymouth-wide basis by the elected Campaign Co-ordinators. Each constituency party has a volunteer/or two volunteers elected to co-ordinate and enable campaigning. They work across Plymouth to enable campaigning. The campaign meeting is a briefing session to detail what campaign activities are coming up, get feedback and input from members about campaign issues, strategy and tactics. They're designed to be short, briefing meetings.
Who can attend a campaign meeting?
All Labour members and supporters are welcome at campaign meetings. New members are especially welcome.
Have an issue to raise?
If you have an issue you want to raise at a campaign meeting please let the Campaign Co-ordinator for your CLP know at least a week before the meeting. Due to the busy agenda, items not raised in advance may not be able to be discussed. You can raise any suggestions, ideas etc on firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I get involved with campaigning?
We have a variety of different ways for volunteers to contribute to campaigning in Plymouth. We are a campaigning party and so a lot of our focus is on listening to residents and campaigning on issues that matter to people in the city. We run regular doorstep canvassing, phonebanks, leafleting and street stalls. We also run issue-specific campaigns such as Save Stonehouse Barracks or Save Plymouth's Libraries that can include public meetings and community events. We also run a monthly open day on the first Saturday of the month from 2pm-4pm in our office, and members are welcome to join this to find out more about how to get involved. If you'd like to speak to one of the Campaign Co-ordinators please get in touch with them on 01752 269180 or email@example.com
How do I find out about what campaigning you have coming up?
Plymouth Labour sends a weekly email to members and supporters detailing news and upcoming events. All campaigning activities are included in this email. To receive this email simply register on plymouthlabour.org and you'll be added to the email list. You can unsubscribe at anytime if they aren't your cup of tea.
Have any other questions?
