Royal Navy veteran, Darren Winter, has been elected as the Labour Councillor for St Budeaux ward.

Cllr Darren Winter said:

I want to thank all the voters in St Budeaux for putting their faith in me. St Budeaux is an area with a proud history and I will work to represent you to the best of my abilities over the next four years. That means standing up for people and using my role as a councillor to give volume to their concerns. I have already spoken out about Tory cuts to the Police in St Budeaux and called on our local Tory MP to stop ignoring constituents. I won't shy away from tackling the difficult issues. People in St Budeaux elected me to stand up for them and that is what I intend to do. Thank you for your support. Please get in touch with me if I can help.
